Solitaire located in the Highland Neighborhood of Downtown Denver has been transformed!  This amazing new restaurant is featured in Denver magazines as one of the best!  The new bar, beautiful patios and the fire pit are just a few places to sit and enjoy a summers night.

Anthony's Pizza and Pasta

New interior tenant finish restaurant located within the Highlands area of Denver.  This project was a quick turn for the owner and tenant with only 6 weeks from start to finish.  The original structure was simply a shell. Our team added all new plumbing, heating and venting system along with a new commercial kitchen and bathrooms.

New interior tenant finish winery and art studio located within the Highlands area of Denver.  This exciting new look was a retrofit of an existing space.  Redesigning of the interior was a challenge with strict time lines and rigid budgets.  The space opened on time and is enjoying new success in the Denver area.
