Squareroot is a full service residential construction company. We handle everything from bathroom remodels to large additions and everything in between. We are licensed and insured and can do in-house design work. A list of common project types include:

The majority of the work Squareroot does is on old homes located in Denver’s established neighborhoods like Washington Park, Highlands, or Montclair. However, we have done a fair amount of work in newer homes including remodeling in Cherry Hills Village, Stapleton, Lowry and Littleton.
We find remodeling work to be rewarding and challenging. Unlike new construction, working on older homes has its own unique set of challenges not the least of which is making the new construction blend well with the old; building square, level, and plumb additions adjacent to 100 year old brick homes; and matching or refinishing woodwork and cabinetry that you just can’t find in a new home anymore.
We pride ourselves on being good at difficult work and think that a large part of successful remodeling can be attributed to careful planning, construction know how, and proper execution.
